PRE-SALES SOLUTION SPECIALIST

About the role

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Specialist to join the team at Triple Access Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This position plays a key role in bridging technical expertise with customer needs. In this role, you will be focuses on understanding client requirements, designing tailored demonstrations, and delivering solutions that showcase how the Company’s products and services can address real-world challenges. As a Pre-Sales Solution Specialist, you will translate customer challenges into practical, value-driven solutions while ensuring all proposed solutions align with business objectives, technical requirements, and industry best practices.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct technical and business needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations to illustrate how Company's solutions address each customer's unique business needs and challenges.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and supporting documentation to drive successful sales opportunities.
• Develop solution layouts, system designs, and technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and proof-of-concept plans as needed.
• Respond to technical questions and concerns raised by prospects during the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions to implementation teams.
• Stay current with industry developments, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to our solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven experience in conducting customer needs analysis, developing solution designs, and preparing technical proposals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience in solution design, technical documentation, and customer presentations is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
