Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Support Executive to support the sales and pre-sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, bid documents, and other customer-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the pre-sales and sales teams with proposal and bid preparation.
• Create and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations and customer decks.
• Assist in preparing RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and other business documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required inputs for proposals and presentations.
• Support the preparation of company profiles, case studies, capability decks, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain proposal templates, documents, and a repository of reusable content.
• Ensure all documents are professionally formatted and submitted within deadlines.
• Assist the team in tracking opportunities and maintaining pre-sales-related data.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales Support, Proposal Writing, Bid Management, or Sales Support.
• Excellent PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create professional presentations and business documents.
• Basic understanding of RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and bidding processes.
• Good coordination, documentation, and time-management skills.
