Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Description We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented Pre-Sales / Tech Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong communication and presentation skills to understand client needs, recommend tailored technology solutions, and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.

The role involves working closely with prospective clients and internal teams to deliver effective product demonstrations, develop technical proposals, and guide potential customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand clients' business requirements, challenges, and technical needs
• Design and present tailored technology solutions that address client needs and demonstrate business value
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, both virtually and on-site
• Prepare and contribute to technical proposals, RFPs, RFIs, solution documentation, and pricing inputs
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and technology solutions
• Coordinate with product, implementation, and technical support teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet client expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle
• Support the sales team in managing opportunities and progressing deals toward closure
• Monitor market trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies
• Attend client meetings, demonstrations, and industry events when required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions consulting
• Experience with POS, ERP, retail technology, hospitality technology, or SaaS solutions is highly preferred
• Good understanding of retail and hospitality operations and technology systems
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business benefits for clients
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple client opportunities and work collaboratively with different teams
• Good command of both Arabic and English
