WE’RE HIRING! – BANK/COVER STAFF

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and caring individuals to join our preschool team as bank/cover staff.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours who enjoys working with young children and can step in to support our team when needed.

The Role

You will: Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for preschool children Support the team with the smooth running of the setting Help create a fun, safe and nurturing environment Work as part of a friendly and supportive team Cover staff absences and additional staffing needs

Hours

Flexible hours between 8:30am – 4:00pm

Shifts may include: Morning sessions Afternoon sessions Full days

The ability to work at short notice is essential.

Requirements

✔ Experience working with preschool-aged children

✔Reliable and flexible approach

✔Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development

✔Good communication and teamwork skills

Desirable:

- Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Previous experience working in a preschool or nursery setting
