Pre-School Practitioner

Job Overview
Winterbourne Early Years Centre is a Charity, Commitee ran Pre-school, we operate term time only, operating between the hours of 9am-3pm, 38 weeks out of the year.

We are very excited to be looking for a qualified practitioner wanting to be part of our amazing Centre, this is due to an expansion and being able to care for more children.

We need somone who is passionate about child led learning, an individual who has had previous experience working in Early Years and able to work as part of out team.

We are very passionate about the outdoors and enjoy providing forest school experiences, so this person should be supportive of this and ideally willing to participate in off-site experiences themselves.

We would love to introduce a new member to our team and are looking forward to the new and exciting ideas someone can bring.

We ask that employees attend occassional room meetings, these are after working hours and can be termly. All overtime is paid, including holiday pay, which is added onto monthly wages.

We are looking for an individual who can work 8.45am-3.15pm and can be flexible with 4 or 5 days working.

Pay: £14.16 per hour
