Duties

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development in line with curriculum standards
• Supervise and support children during play, learning, and mealtime to ensure safety and engagement
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication skills
• Manage daily routines such as attendance, hygiene, and classroom organization to create a structured environment
• Lead by example in promoting good behavior, social skills, and emotional resilience among children
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including safeguarding policies and procedures

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
• Strong background in early childhood education principles and practices
• Demonstrated management and leadership abilities within a preschool or similar environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Experience in nursery or preschool environments is highly desirable
• Valid driving license preferred for roles involving transportation or home visits
• Knowledge of childcare regulations and best practices for early childhood development
