Key Responsibilities

• Review and process pre-authorization requests received from hospitals, clinics, and policyholders.
• Verify patient eligibility, policy coverage, and treatment benefits.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams for authorization approvals.
• Analyze medical documents and ensure compliance with policy guidelines.
• Follow up on pending cases and expedite approvals within defined TAT.
• Communicate authorization status to concerned stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and update system details regularly.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
• Resolve queries related to pre-authorization, claims, and policy coverage.
• Generate reports and support audit requirements as needed.
