Precast Engineer

• Review and interpret approved production drawings for precast housing elements.
• Prepare and issue technical instructions to production leadmen and supervisor.
• Prepare daily and weekly mould plan-production schedule align on sequence of installation.
• Evaluate and resolve technical problems in production or site installation.
• Coordinate with Planning/key accounts regarding production drawings for issuance align with client sequence or requirements
• Prepare RFI submissions for production accomplishments and process COCA units in support of progress billing claims through Proforma billing.
• Conduct inspection and acceptance of client-prepared Footing Tie Beam (FTB) works through the Request for Inspection and Acceptance (RFIA) process; document punchlist items and ensure resolution prior to commencement of installation works.
• Enforce approved Procedures/methodoly of truck loading plan, installation plan and production.
