Precast Engineer

Precast Designer/Detailer is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed drawings for precast concrete components based on project requirements, design specifications, and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop precast shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailing plans using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings for precast applications.
• Prepare detailed drawings for precast concrete elements, including dimensions, reinforcement, connections, embeds, and other required details.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
• Review drawings and incorporate revisions based on design changes, project requirements, and technical comments.
• Ensure drawings comply with approved designs, project specifications, and applicable standards.
• Assist in resolving technical and detailing concerns related to precast components.
• Maintain proper documentation and organization of drawings and revisions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• With working knowledge of precast design and detailing.
• Advanced or in-depth knowledge of precast design and detailing is an advantage.
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in drafting and detailing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Experience in precast drafting, detailing, or construction-related projects is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret structural, architectural, and engineering drawings.
• Detail-oriented with good technical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
