Your new role

As a Precast Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork used in the production of precast concrete panels. Working within a busy precast facility, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality products for commercial construction projects.

Your duties will include:

• Constructing and modifying timber formwork for precast concrete panels
• Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
• Measuring, cutting and assembling formwork components
• Assisting with concrete pours and stripping moulds
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
• Working collaboratively with production and construction teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in precast concrete, formwork, or concrete construction
• Carpentry qualification highly regarded
• White Card Essential
• Asbestos Awareness certification Essential
• Silica Awareness certification Essential
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
• Reliable work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
