Your Day-to-Day

You’ll be embedded within our Quality department while partnering closely with Production to ensure every pipe we ship meets stringent project specifications. A typical day may include:

• Monitoring all facets of product quality under the guidance of the Quality Supervisor.
• Preparing and maintaining Steel Tensile Test reports and documenting results.
• Performing aggregate testing and tracking outcomes.
• Executing and recording Joint Assembly Tests.
• Compiling production fabrication, test, and inspection reports.
• Assisting Production team members who carry quality control responsibilities.
• Ensuring full compliance with any added or special QA procedures specified by the project.
• Tackling additional quality-related tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

• ACI Field Grade 1 certification required.
• Knowledge of concrete technology, welding, and NDE/NDT preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in Quality Assurance or Production within a related industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical & Work Environment

• Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, and stoop throughout your shift.
• Keep pace with manufacturing requirements and maintain reliable attendance.
• Use tools and equipment properly and safely.
• Perform strenuous tasks in outdoor conditions (dust, rain, wind) and wear required PPE (earplugs, hard hat, steel-toed boots, gloves, safety glasses).
• This is not a warehouse role — we manufacture precast concrete pipe.
