PRECAST SALES ENGINEER

About the role :

As a PRECAST SALES ENGINEER at DUSASPUN GROUP, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth within the precast concrete industry. This full-time position is based in Gambir, Jakarta Raya, where you will be responsible for providing expert sales and technical support to clients, ensuring the successful delivery of precast solutions.

What you'll be doing :

1. Actively engage with clients to understand their construction needs and requirements, proposing the most suitable precast concrete solutions
2. Prepare detailed technical proposals, drawings, and specifications to support the sales process
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, from design to installation
4. Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure the seamless delivery of precast products
5. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively identify new business opportunities
6. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase DUSASPUN GROUP's capabilities
7. Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to expand the company's market share

What we're looking for :

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or technical role within the precast concrete industry
3. Excellent understanding of precast concrete design, manufacturing, and installation processes
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to provide tailored solutions to clients
5. Proven track record of successfully managing sales pipelines and meeting targets
6. Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients at all levels
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
8. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
