Precast Wall Audit Officer

Main Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring the quality and proper installation of panels by conducting site inspections, providing technical assistance, evaluating materials, and training workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
• Monitor panel installation, workmanship, alignment, leveling, and joint treatment.
• Provide technical guidance to clients, contractors, supervisors, and workers.
• Identify installation defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection, quality monitoring, and technical reports.
• Assist with mock-ups and actual installation demonstrations.
• Conduct worker training and technical orientations.
• Test and evaluate adhesives, epoxy, jointing materials, and other construction materials.
• Assist in improving installation methods based on project requirements and testing results.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspections, testing, training, and quality findings.
• Recommend solutions to reduce defects and improve workmanship.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
