About the Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of engineered concrete solutions supporting major civil and infrastructure projects across Australia. They specialise in precast concrete products used in drainage, water, transport and structural applications, delivering durable and high-performance systems designed for demanding environments.

What You Will Be Doing

They are currently seeking Precast Workers to join their team based in Swanbank. This is a long-term position, Monday to Friday from 4am – 12pm with overtime available. The successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties:

• Assist with the manufacturing and production of precast concrete products in accordance with specifications and production schedules
• Prepare, clean and set up moulds and formwork prior to concrete pours
• Assist with placing, positioning and securing reo cages and reinforcing steel within moulds
• Pour, spread and finish concrete, including vibrating and levelling to achieve the required finish
• Strip, demould and finish precast products, including cleaning, patching and completing quality checks

What You Will Need

• Driver’s Licence + reliable transport
• Previous precast experience (min 3 months)
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + Drug & Alcohol Screen
