  • Perform microscope-assisted assembly for select operations requiring fine detail.
  • Complete accurate manufacturing and production records.

  • Apply an understanding of product flow to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Partner with engineers to develop and improve assembly methods; help troubleshoot assembly challenges.
  • Contribute to other related tasks as needed.

What You Bring

  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Team-first mindset with professional, courteous communication.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and fixtures.
  • Experience using basic test equipment to run simple functional checks (a plus).
  • Familiarity with light-duty machines such as a drill press, saws, and grinders.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
  • Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday

Benefits That Back Your Future
