Precision Assembly Technician (Probe Card)

• Position : Precision Assembly Technician (Probe Card)
• Location : Tai Seng
• Working hours : 5 days | Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm (Normal Office Hours. No shift work, overtime, or standby duties are required)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus + Group Insurance
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Sales and maintenance of semiconductor IC test sockets, probe cards, and wafer prober equipment

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspect, assemble, test and repair miniature electrical and mechanical components
• Perform precision work under a microscope in a cleanroom environment
• Use tweezers, soldering tools, microscopes and other precision instruments
• Follow SOPs, safety requirements and quality standards
• Work with the team to meet production and quality targets

Requirements:

• NITEC or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering or a related field
• Comfortable handling delicate components and working under a microscope
• Willing to learn micro-soldering and specialised probe card equipment
