Looking for a steady, hands-on job with a consistent evening schedule and full benefits? We’re hiring Manufacturing Production Technicians to join our growing team. No prior manufacturing experience is required — we provide training.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assemble and package fiber optic products
• Read routing and perform work as assigned by your department supervisor
• Sew, cut, clip, hook, or otherwise assemble materials to create sub-assemblies or finished products from raw materials
• Label and prepare finished products for shipment
• Track production throughout the shift
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Notify your supervisor of any material or equipment issues

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable standing and working with your hands during the shift
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Light manufacturing work
• Standing, walking, and hand use throughout the shift
• Lifting typically less than 10 pounds

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• 4:00pm- 12:30am
