What you’ll do

• Perform secondary operations quickly and accurately: deburring, flat sanding, and removing micro joints.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specs to determine required processing.
• Maintain the right tools; replace consumables to hold tolerance and finish requirements.
• Document production and operational data with accuracy.
• Load/unload parts from carts, crates, and pallets; keep workflows moving.
• Position parts on equipment or work surfaces for further processing, inspection, or wrapping.
• Examine finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Move parts safely to the next operation.

What you need to succeed

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Language: Ability to understand and communicate basic English (around 6th‑grade level) to handle legally required content like DOL/MSDS safety info, EPA production records, raw‑material handling directions, and customer/shipping labels.
• Math: Basic counting and arithmetic.
• Team traits: Dependable, on time, calm under deadlines, follows directions closely, cooperative and team‑oriented.
• Physical: Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs; strong near vision to see close‑range details.
