Your impact

• Own production welding setups—choose consumables, verify fixtures, and set parameters for consistent output.
• Translate blueprints and technical drawings into precise fabrication steps.
• Perform MIG (GMAW) welds to build components and assemblies to spec.
• Inspect finished work for dimensional accuracy and conformance.
• Keep your area spotless and compliant with safety practices.
• Team up with peers to refine processes and reduce rework.
• Tackle welding challenges quickly and effectively.
