What You’ll Do

• Support planning and estimating for HVAC construction projects.
• Organize bid packages, drawings, specifications, and permit applications.
• Coordinate updates between customers, estimators, engineers, and vendors.
• Request vendor pricing and help prepare bid submissions.
• Track project deadlines, schedules, and key milestones.
• Maintain accurate project files and compliance records.
• Follow up on missing documents and outstanding project details.
• Support a smooth transition from estimating to project execution.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in construction administration or project coordination.
• Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical construction projects.
• Experience with estimating, vendor pricing, or bid submissions.

Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule

Pay: Starting at $55,000 per year, based on qualifications.

Eligible employees receive:

• Simple IRA with a 3% salary match.
• 40 hours of sick and personal time immediately.
• 40 hours of vacation after 90 days.
