Preconstruction Intern

What You Will Be Doing

• Review contract drawings and owner requests for proposals.
• Assist in building HCSS estimates or excel rough order of magnitude estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs.
• Solicit or coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in researching innovations and cost alternates to provide competitive advantage.
• Assist in recording meeting minutes, tracking RFIs or other organizational functions.
• Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations, schedules or other graphics that may be used in a proposal.
• Assist in reviewing or drafting proposal writing content.
• Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.

What We Are Looking For Preconstruction interns are required to be currently enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar program at an accredited technical college or university

Salary Min USD $25.00/Hr.

Salary Max USD $29.00/Hr.
