Necto Search and Selection are currently working with a specialist consultancy within the data centre sector, experiencing significant growth across Europe. They are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join their team and support the development and delivery of major data centre projects across Europe

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the early stages of mission-critical projects, working closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities from concept design through to procurement and construction handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and ensure technical compliance.
• Manage cost planning, value engineering, procurement strategies, and tender processes.
• Develop project programmes, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects meet budget, programme, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in pre-construction or construction management.
• Experience delivering data centre or other mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of design coordination, procurement, cost management, and project planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• European project experience is advantageous.
