Predictive Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

Perform Predictive Maintenance activities on machinery and equipment located in the factory area.

Key responsibilities

1. Responsible for predictive maintenance tasks and activities for machinery and equipment located within the factory area.
2. Conduct periodic testing and data collection for all machinery and equipment in the factory.
3. Identify issues, perform quality control, and ensure that all equipment functions properly with high performance.
4. Responsible for implementing cost-reduction initiatives by maintaining appropriate control over the use of spare parts and consumables.
5. Responsible for the management of materials to ensure operational effectiveness.
6. Prepare predictive maintenance reports.

HSE Support

1. Comply with Government Regulations & Company HSE Policies, Procedure & Rules
2. Ensure that the requirements of the HSEMS are established, implemented, and maintained following the standard ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015
3. Ensure all related activity will refer to HIRADC
4. Maintains HSE equipment within the company premises

Consistently remind colleagues to prioritize occupational health and safety and to prevent environmental damage

Requirement

• Minimum education: SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Mechatronic fields
• Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing Industry in Maintenance/Engineering
• Possess an understanding of, and the ability to perform, predictive maintenance tasks
• Capable of conducting accurate and effective technical analysis
• Proficient in using testing equipment such as vibration meters, multimeters, thermography tools, heater calibration devices, oil analysis equipment, and similar instruments
• Capable of performing basic technical tasks
• Proficient in operating a computer
