Predictive Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation)

We are looking for engineers to support Predictive Maintenance, Engineering Analysis, and Design Change activities for power plant machinery and equipment. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, reducing unplanned shutdowns, and enhancing maintenance effectiveness and plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, inspect, and analyze machinery and equipment conditions, and recommend corrective or improvement actions.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans and strategies.
• Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes and appropriate corrective actions.
• Prioritize machinery and equipment based on criticality and risk.
• Support engineering improvement, design change, and related project activities.
• Study and apply new technologies or alternative equipment for obsolete or discontinued parts.
• Prepare and review maintenance, improvement, and equipment modification reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Spare Parts, Purchasing, and Project teams.
• Ensure work complies with company ISO standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in one of the following fields:

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Automation / Instrumentation & Control Engineering

• 0–3 years of experience for entry-level candidates.

• For experienced candidates, 4+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, design, project work, or related fields.

• Good English communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

• Good teamwork, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• For experienced candidates, ability to apply engineering knowledge and understand relevant equipment standards.
