Predictive Maintenance Staff

Responsibility:

1. Understand Maintenance system (Predictive, CM, PM, OEE, MTTR, MTBR, Reliability)
2. Understand predictive methodology (thermograph, vibration, alignment, power quality etc.)
3. Understand how to use tools of predictive, priority is given to those who are certified.
4. Corrective maintenance related predictive finding.
5. Improvement machine and preventive method related predictive maintenance.
6. Tools management as specially for predictive tools
7. Reporting, Standard, WI, OPL and document management for auditing purposes
8. Problem analysis methodology, PDCA
9. 5R management
10. Experience in predictive maintenance: min 2 Years

3. Technical Skills

   1. Understand Basic Predictive maintenance methodology
   2. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
   3. Familiar to use the system like CMMS, SAP, SCADA, predictive application or its kind.
   4. Understand basic of mechanical and electrical
   5. Mechanical drawing
   6. Pneumatic and hydroulic system
   7. Awareness ISO 9001

4. Able to work in high pace environment and under pressure
