Premium Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong client portfolio to drive business growth.
• Identify, develop and pitch new business opportunities and sales channels.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research and other business development activities.
• Contact leads, schedule appointments, conduct client meetings and deliver effective presentations.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and actively convert opportunities into business.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and customers to move opportunities toward closure.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service, courtesy, professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure a positive overall service experience.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure customers are offered relevant value-added and after-sales services.
• Maintain strong coordination with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively.
• Contribute to business growth by consistently identifying new prospects and converting them into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
