We’re looking for an experienced, reliable Prep Chef to join our main kitchen team. You’ll play a key role in our daily prep, making sure ingredients are prepared with care and everything is ready for service.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Prep Chef, Prep Cook, or in a similar kitchen role.
• Confident knife skills and a good understanding of food preparation, kitchen equipment, and food safety.
• An organised approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
• A positive, hands-on attitude and good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Culinary training is a plus, but practical experience and pride in your work matter most.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
