We are looking for a motivated Prep Cook who wants to grow in a professional kitchen environment and contribute to a restaurant that values quality and tradition.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist in producing fresh, house-made pasta
• Follow recipes and kitchen standards consistently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations
• Properly label, store, and rotate food products
• Assist line cooks and chefs during prep and service needs
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen prep or restaurant experience preferred
• Experience making fresh pasta is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
