Prep Cook

Embers Restaurant, a new restaurant located in Williamstown, Vermont, is hiring! We are looking for motivated and positive people to help build our restaurant into a vibrant community gathering place, offering bright flavors and beautiful dishes in a positive and welcoming environment. Our kitchen is committed to excellence, our culture is based on curiosity and learning, and our mission is to grow and learn together while creating new and inventive dishes for our clientele.

We are looking for a motivated prep cook. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Previous prep cook experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a clean work station
• Proficient knife skills
• Time management
• A curiosity to learn new things
• Reliable transportation
