What they need
The duty of cooking is a major responsibility in a restaurant.
The core responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
~ Cook on the Mongolian BBQ Grill (training is provided)
~ Prepare a wide array of local produce
~ Butcher large quantities of meats
~ Uphold the daily cleaning list and sanitation protocol
~ Maintain customer buffet area
~ Organize storage areas, refrigerator, and freezer
~ Comply with requests from manager and shift leader
This position is perfect for someone who is younger , looking to gain valuable experience. Strong communicators are welcome in this role.
