Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes, kitchen standards, and production requirements.
- Wash, peel, cut, chop, slice, and prepare vegetables, fruits, meats, and other ingredients.
- Measure and prepare sauces, dressings, marinades, garnishes, and other food components.
- Follow recipes and proper food preparation procedures to maintain consistent quality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Prep Cook, Kitchen Assistant, or in a similar food service role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen procedures.
- Familiarity with proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to follow recipes, preparation instructions, and portion guidelines accurately.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
