About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Prep Cook to support our kitchen in delivering a high-quality, scratch-driven dining experience. This role is essential to maintaining the standards, consistency, and efficiency expected in an upscale environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients to precise recipe and chef specifications
• Execute knife work, basic cooking, and mise en place at a high level
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food storage standards
• Support the line during service as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work clean, organized, and with a sense of urgency
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude

Schedule

Flexible availability required, including evenings and weekends

Pay: From $17.13 per hour
