You'll be part of our culinary team and work closely with Operations and Sales teams.

Prep Cook Responsibilities: (position dependent, all or some of the following)

• Comfortable with cold sandwich, salad and deli platter production
• Complete station specific duties and prep lists. Leave when the job is complete
• Manage and complete bulk prep lists (veg, meat, deli, dressing, etc) in a timely fashion
• Ensure out times are hit each day. Communicate effectively with leader
• Ensure quality and standards prior to delivery
• Utilize and memorize recipes & standards

Prep Cook Requirements:

• 1+ years of prep experience / volume production
• 2 years of hospitality experience

Sandwich / Pantry / Prep Cook Preferred:

• 2+ years of prep experience / volume production
• 1+ years of catering or banquet experience
• Associates culinary degree or higher
• ServSafe Certification
