Duties

• Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and safety standards
• Assist in cooking and assembling menu items following established recipes and presentation guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, knives, and food processors safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen surfaces to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
• Support meal preparation for various service settings including catering events or daily dining needs
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and uphold quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, storage, and equipment operation

Experience

• Kitchen/ Prep experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
• Comfortable working fast in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a good teammate
• Takes feedback well and pays attention to detail
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Available nights and weekends
• Food Handler certification (or willing to get it)

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
