Line Cook – The Melting Pot of Bethlehem

Join our Heart of House kitchen team at The Melting Pot of Bethlehem, where we offer a unique, interactive fondue dining experience! Unlike traditional restaurants, much of the cooking is done by our server team or guests tableside, while our kitchen team focuses on preparing fresh ingredients, salads, entrée platters, and our chocolate fondue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations.
• Prepare salads, entrée platters, and chocolate fondue.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, organized, and a team player.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• English fluency at a B2 level proficiency preferred, but not required.
• Candidates with valid ServSafe Food Handler or Management certificates preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry kitchen supplies, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
