B2 Bistro + Bar is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Prep Cook to support our kitchen team. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering quality food and excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu components according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Chop, portion, and organize produce, proteins, and other items for service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked prep area and workstation
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper labeling/dating of prepared items
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with kitchen prep, cleaning, and closing duties
• Work effectively with fellow kitchen staff during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
