The journey of HAND Hospitality began with the making of hotspot Korean gastropub, Take31, on East 31st street. Since 2011, HAND has played an active role in expanding Korean and Japanese cuisines in Midtown, New York.

A Japanese yakitori hotspot located at the corner of East 30th street and Madison Ave that you can find “no where, not anywhere else and now here”.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and preparation standards
- Wash, cut, portion, and store ingredients properly
- Follow prep lists and ensure ingredients are ready for daily service
- Follow food safety, food handling, and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and prep area
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and waste control
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Experience:
- Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
