Support the kitchen with accurate, organized production that sets the team up for a successful service.
Pay: Starting at $22/hour + tips
What you will do
- Complete daily prep lists, including vegetables, sauces, dressings, and recipe components.
- Follow batch recipes, measure accurately, and maintain consistent yields.
- Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients and prepared foods.
- Keep equipment and prep areas clean; communicate shortages and prep needs.
What we are looking for
- Professional prep experience preferred.
- Solid knife skills and ability to follow written recipes.
- Good organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to help where needed.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
