Prep Cook

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Back of House Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in clean food preparation, and can help maintain consistency in every single order.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to specific recipes and standards
• Handle prep work, including chopping, portioning, labeling, and organizing ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Follow food safety and proper storage procedures
• Work efficiently during busy service hours
• Communicate clearly with front of house and expo staff
• Help with restocking, dishes, and closing duties as needed
• Keep food quality, portion size, and presentation consistent

Qualifications

• Kitchen or cooking experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knife skills and food prep knowledge are a plus
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Weekend availability is a must

We’re not looking for the most polished cook or the cook with the most experience, we want the person that wants to express themselves through the food they cook. We can teach just about anyone to cook, but it’s about the right mindset towards the kitchen that we’re looking for.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
