🔪 Position Overview The Whistling Kettle is looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Prep Cook / Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in consistent, quality prep work, we’d love to meet you.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes
• Assist with sauces and batch cooking
• Maintain clean, organized prep and storage areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support line cooks during busy periods
• Process and clean dishes

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Prep or kitchen experience preferred (we’ll train motivated candidates)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Team‑oriented and dependable
