Prep Cook, Kitchen Help

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team! This role focuses primarily on chopping vegetables for soups and offering general support in the kitchen. Experience with baking, salad prep, and meat prep is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Chop and prep vegetables for soups and other dishes
• Assist with general kitchen tasks, such as cleaning, stocking, and dishwashing
• Help with basic salad preparation and assembly (training provided)
• Support baking tasks as needed
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Basic knife skills and comfort handling food
• Ability to follow directions and maintain consistency
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required
• Baking and/or salad prep experience is a plus

Schedule:

Schedule is flexible but we’re looking for weekday and weekend help. Willing to work with your schedule!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
