Fujiya Ramen & Yakitori is an authentic Japanese ramen and yakitori restaurant located in Arcadia. We specialize in traditional ramen crafted with premium Sakura Pork and charcoal-grilled yakitori, bringing Showa-era vibes and high-quality Japanese dining to the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dishwashing station and kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
• Prepare sauces, toppings, vegetables, and other ingredients according to restaurant standards
• Properly store food, supplies, and clean kitchen equipment
• Take out trash and maintain clean floors and work areas
• Restock dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies as needed
• Assist cooks and other kitchen team members during busy periods
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn food preparation and kitchen procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
