Prep Cook/Dishwasher

The daily duties of a Prep Cook/Dishwasher include:

*cutting produce and fish (knife skills are a plus)

*executing set recipes for sides, sauces, poke, and more

*cleaning and dishwashing

*other tasks as may be directed by the supervisor

You must possess (or obtain) a valid Food Handler's Card.
