Prep Cook/Line Cook

Our company is a small business in Rutland, VT, being created from the ground up by local owners. Our goal is to bring a fun restaurant atmosphere to downtown with quick, satisfying Mexican street food and libations with friendly, professional service.

Must have a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment, and who works well with others as a team to accomplish a job well done. Experience is not necessary but is appreciated! Pay is based upon experience level.

General Responsibilities:

• Prepping food
• Cooking
• Setting up and stocking line
• Communication with managers for daily tasks
• Dishwashing
• Have the ability to learn, understand, and execute daily recipes and menus
• Break down and cleaning of line
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
