Experienced Prep & Line Cook

Currently located in Reseda but in the process of moving our production to Santa Clarita (Canyon Country)

Full-Time | $750/week flat

We are looking for an experienced Prep & Line Cook to join our growing team! We prepare thousands of fresh, macro-balanced meals each week for our retail stores, delivery customers, and corporate clients.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in cooking, works efficiently, and wants a long-term opportunity with a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities

Prepare proteins, vegetables, rice, potatoes, sauces, and other meal components

Cook on the grill, flat top, ovens, and stovetop

Follow recipes and portion meals accurately

Maintain quality and consistency in every meal

Keep workstations clean and organized

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Assist with receiving deliveries, inventory, and kitchen organization

Work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional prep or line cook experience required

High-volume restaurant or meal prep experience preferred

Strong knife skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable with excellent attendance

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one)
