I’ll keep this short because we’ve got food to make, clients to feed, and a business to grow. I’m Jeremy Brown. You might know what we built over at Nameless Catering, we dominated the market by out-working, out-servicing, and out-hustling everyone else.

Now, our sister company, Hoosier Homestyle, is blowing up. The demand is massive, the wheels are spinning fast, and I need a crew that can actually keep up.
I am not looking for seat-warmers. I am not looking for people who need to be micromanaged, babysat, or told what to do every five minutes. I am looking for absolute rockstars who thrive in chaos, move with a sense of urgency, and want to build a career where the ceiling is completely up to them.

THE REALITY OF THIS JOBThis environment is incredibly fast-paced. If you get overwhelmed easily, if you like slow days where you can hide in the back and check your phone, or if you expect a gold star just for showing up on time, this is not the place for you. We are moving a massive amount of food to a massive amount of people, and it requires grit.
We do not care about your fancy corporate resume. We care about your work ethic. We care about how you solve problems when things go sideways. We care if you have the fire in your gut to get the job done right, every single time.
