Prep Cook/Line Cooks

Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking. Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep. Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes. Execute and cook menu items as orders are sent to the kitchen.

Our ingredients are the focus of each dish, sourced from Hellenic farms and artisan Greek producers. Nēsos pays homage to the small villages throughout Greece, who with their farmers, craftsmen and occupants, have permanently embedded our love for Greek cuisine. Nēsos is our interpretation of Greek culture and family, where it is most often celebrated at the dinner table.
