We're seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor assist in leading our Prep Kitchen/Commissary team at Chicago Midway Int'l Airport! At SSP America, our supervisors are the first step into management. Kitchen Supervisors at the commissary have the very important role of ensuring our standards are consistently achieved by our team of experts.

What you'll do:

• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities.
• Assist with training new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide consistent support, coaching and direction to their team to deliver business goals.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience leading a team in a commercial kitchen, commissary, or other similar high-volume food service setting.
• Open early AM work availability, including on weekends and holidays.
