Prep / Line Cook

Taboni is a family-run kosher brick-oven pizza restaurant in Tarzana, and we're growing. Our dough ferments for three days, our cheese is imported from Israel weekly, and every pizza comes out of a real brick oven (a taboon). We're hiring a Prep / Line Cook to join our kitchen team, full-time or part-time. What you'll do: - Daily prep — dough, sauces, toppings, salads and appetizers - Work the line during service on the pizza station and apps - Keep your station stocked, clean and organized - Follow kosher kitchen procedures (we'll teach you what you need) What we're looking for: - Kitchen or prep experience is a plus, but attitude matters more — we'll train the right person - Fast, clean and reliable - Comfortable in a kosher kitchen - Evening and weekend availability This is a family-run team (not corporate), with real training and room to grow as we expand.
