Fit Kitchen Meals is looking for a reliable, hardworking Weekend & Afternoon Kitchen Team Member to join our growing meal-prep team.

We are a nutritionist-owned meal prep company specializing in chef-made, macro-balanced meals made with real, whole ingredients. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, pays close attention to detail, and takes ownership of their responsibilities and workspace.

Responsibilities

—Assist with meal prep, chopping, cooking support and meal assembly

—Accurately portion meals according to Fit Kitchen recipes and standards

—Package and label prepared meals

—Assist with organizing ingredients and inventory

—Put away and organize incoming deliveries

—Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift

—Dishwashing and kitchen cleanup

—Follow proper food-safety and sanitation procedures

—Help the kitchen team complete production efficiently and on schedule

What We’re Looking For

—Dependable and punctual

—Comfortable working in a solo environment and independently managing assigned responsibilities

—Strong sense of ownership and accountability

—Someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative to get it done

—Strong attention to detail, especially with portions and labeling

—Able to follow established systems, recipes and procedures without constant supervision

—Willing to clean, organize and jump in wherever needed

—Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

—Previous kitchen or food-service experience is preferred, but not required — we’re willing to train the right person

Schedule

Part-time | Afternoons + Weekends

This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time hours who has availability during afternoon and weekend production shifts.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for additional responsibility and growth within Fit Kitchen Meals.

We’re looking for someone who wants to become a dependable part of our kitchen team — someone who can be trusted to take ownership of their shift, work independently, and make sure the job gets done correctly even when a manager isn’t standing beside them.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
